McKenna Thiessen

Hi, I’m McKenna Thiessen, M.S., CF-SLP, and I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist with a special interest in early language therapy. I’m originally from Canada, where my parents and two younger brothers still live. I came to the U.S. for school, met my boyfriend, and decided to stay! 

I absolutely love what I do—there’s nothing more magical than seeing a child express themselves for the first time and discovering new ways to communicate their wants and needs. When I’m not working, I’m a big fan of dachshunds. They’re my favorite because they’re so cuddly and fiercely protective of their people!
